City Walk Overview
This City Walk is a mixed-use development in the Jumeirah area.
The project covers more than 900,000.00 square meters and is urban infill. It lies in the Downtown Dubai area and in the shadow of Burj Khalifa.
City Walk is located at Safa Road, between Al Wasl Road & Sheikh Zayed Road at the Dubai Mall interchange. It is approximately 15 minutes walking distance from the Burj Khalifa Metro Station.
The announcement was made by Meraas (Dubai-based realty company that owns Bluewaters Island and The Walk at JBR) at Cityscape Dubai 2011.
Dewan Architects and Engineers served as consultants for the project.
RETAIL
City Walk where you can easily eat and do every kind of shopping. It offers ‘chic European fashion’ and ‘a London edge’.
The glass roof allows natural light and subtle air conditioning to run through the streets. These high-end boutiques include Chantelle, Karl Lagerfeld and Ralph Lauren.

COCA-COLA ARENA IN (CITY WALK DUBAI)
The Coca-Cola Arena is a multi-purpose indoor venue built near City Walk and it allows to enter 20000 people at a time
This Arena takes place in 500000 Square feet, and it was completed in June 2019
This arena is full of air-conditioned so that visitors feel more comfortable.
